When do I pay the platform fee?

The platform fee is automatically deducted only after work is marked as complete and payment is released. If a campaign is cancelled before completion, no platform fee is charged.

What's the difference between Jobs Board and Managed Campaigns?

Jobs Board (0% commission): You browse open briefs posted by brands and submit pitches directly. Managed Campaigns (20% fee): We curate and match campaigns to your profile using AI and human expertise, including full platform features like escrow, invoicing, and dedicated support.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The fees shown are the only charges. There are no signup fees, listing fees, subscription costs, or transaction fees beyond the stated platform fee for managed campaigns. Payouts to GCash, Maya, or bank accounts are free.

After a brand marks work as complete, funds are released to your account. You can withdraw to your bank account, GCash, or Maya. Typical payout time is 3-5 business days. The platform fee is automatically deducted during this process.
